LAWS 611 - Agency Partnership and Limited Liability Companies

Credits: 3

An analysis of the law of agency and partnership, including the master-servant relationship, liability of agents and principals, fiduciary duties of employees and agents, and the structure of the partnership, limited partnership, and limited liability company forms of business organization. The emphasis of the course will be on partnership and limited liability company concepts. Special emphasis will be given to forming, operating, and dissolving partnerships and LLCs.

Basis of Grade: Final examination and class participation

Form of Grade: Letter Grade
